We are very pleased for our friends at Earthbound to be taking over our BBQ kitchen!

Sourdough, confit turnips, parsley salt

Grilled Aberdeen Angus heifer, mixed herb and caper dressing, grilled courgette salad, black pepper and confit garlic potatoes, tomato and Vietnamese coriander, Earthbound pickles.

Instead of the beef, it’s grilled Nantes carrots.
